Say Yes!

Recently I injured myself a little bit and had to rest from climbing for about 10 days. Not being able to climb was the most difficult thing to do.

Looking back to the point when I just got started, I had reservations if I would actually take it seriously. I did not even invest in my own climbing gears, in case I dropped out. But I guess you never know until you've tried it and given it a chance.

Leadership Activities: Don't believe me... Feel it!

Although we often plan for our success, and decide what opportunities to take and decisions to make. You must remember that the journey may not be what you have in mind. The universe has different principles that it works by.

You just have to give everything a chance. If you say yes to things that comes along, you would be surprised of the magic that will occur. Who knows, one year down the road, you will be sipping pineapple juice on a beach in Hawaii!

Doing It Once Is Never Enough

After completing a route once, one may think that they have already succeeded and completed that route. However, often times when I attempt to do it the second and third time, I may still not be able to complete it smoothly.

As my coach says, you can only say that you have mastered that route if you can do it three times successively without any failures.

So, I learnt that I need to be able to master every step of the way and remember the skills I have learnt to complete that too.

Leadership Activities: Don't believe me... Feel it!

I realized there are many people who got success by chance (not that I believe luck has anything to do with our success). Unfortunately, that fame doesn't last, as they quickly loose it too. Besides that, they are often haunted by the insecurity of loosing that success too.

Be a confidence leader and master the skills necessary to build success over and over again. Master these skills to help people succeed too!

The Fear Never Goes Away Be Aware Of It

As my climbing improves, I am moving on to new routes, some of them tougher and higher grades. One must think that I am brave and I do not have fear climbing especially when I am getting better.

The funny thing is that the fear actually grows as I take on more challenges in climbing. The fear sometimes overwhelms that I even decide not to proceed with a climb.

I realised that this fear does not really go away, I just have to face it. And when I do, the results are amazing, I have a beautiful climb! Plus lots of satisfaction of reaching the top!

Leadership Activities: Don't believe me... Feel it!

As you have been following this blog, I am sure you realized how I often talked about fear. Think about it, what happens to your life if you just decided to ignore fear and do what your heart tells you. Wouldn't your outcomes be significantly different?

The funny thing is that a lot of people just try to suppress this fear in order to create the necessary actions. However, you should know by now, that fear never really goes away. In fact it probably builds up over time resulting in lack of results.

On the other hand, success is about just being aware of that fear and just learning how to cope with it the best possible way we know to achieve the results we want.

What is your greatest fear stopping you from massive results? Lets decide to just face it one more day, and one more day as you know the massive success you will reap tomorrow!
