Slow Down and Observe

In my last post, I talked about my coach traversing on the bouldering wall effortlessly. I then took it as a project to repeatedly do that route. This time, rather than focusing on completely the route. I focused on my moves. I wanted to ensure that I would use the best possible move that would be most efficient.

So, I slowed down and observe every single move I made. When I did that, I was able to learn a lot of techniques and I was able to complete the route effortlessly too!

Leadership Activities: Don't believe me... Feel it!

How many times have you heard this "Success is all about the journey and not the destination!" Well, it is true. We often rush to reach the destination. However, sometimes we ought to slow down and observe what is happening. Not only do we have to observe it, we then have to understand it too. This will bring a lot of enlightenment to attaining your success.
